The Origin of Fyr & Salt

Chef Jonathan Shearman and Chef Max Mohrmann join forces to bring Fyr & Salt, a private dining and catering business, to the east end. They bonded over a love for not just food, but how and where it is sourced, the farmers involved, sustainability and seasonality. With a passion for wood-fired cooking and letting quality ingredients shine, they look to bring unique and personalized dining experiences to your house, favorite venue for your next special occasion, or just have an intimate dining experience with friends and family.
